Returns Policy
All sales are final. Returns are accepted ONLY within 30 days of the date on the sales invoice. Returns are accepted for UNOPENED ITEMS ONLY.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. No returns allowed for opened items. Customer convenience returns (Customer errors, over inventoried, cancellations) must be received in original packages with unbroken seals on cartons or bags. Prior to credit being issued, XEC, LLC, will inspect and verify the merchandise. We reserve the right to reject merchandise that is used or received in poor condition due to improper packaging.
Shipping
We ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States.
When an order is placed shipping will be calculated, typically it is a flat rate of $17.00 per unit which will ship UPS Ground. When your item ships an email will be sent from UPS with the tracking number(s).
